Anyone have factory in-dash CD player with dealer installed CD changer?

My friend has a factory in-dash CD player and a dealer installed CD changer on his Jetta. I have never seen a BMW with CD player and CD changer together. Is it possible? I currently have tape deck and CD changer. Can I buy an in-dash CD player and still use my CD changer? Thanks.

It's nice having CD deck and a changer. You don't have to goto the trunk to switch CDs... especially when you buy a new CD from the store.

CD player button switches between the cd deck and the changer.

Saw a BMW cd deck on ebay a couple of days ago.
