It all started with my car overheating.... Instead of fixing it, I just decided to do an S54 swap! Ive checked out only a few pre-facelift sedans with this swap, does anybody know if this has been done to a face lifted sedan? I just finished locating all the parts and I have begun to dismantle my car (2003 325i Auto) I hope to have this done soon, but I will keep updating with pics as the process continues. BTW I am doing this myself

I still have parts from the donor M3, mostly interior, but not the Gauges or Steering Wheel that's mine! I also have plenty of 325 stuff

Awesome project! Good luck!

I believe Rogue engineering has a facelifted, M3 engined sedan. Also MITe46 has a somewhat facelifted sedan w/ S54 (it actually has facelift coupe lights I believe).

Thanks guys I will keep you updated, I just checked out Rogue Engineerings 330 ZHP M3 and thats what Im going for, I was looking into reinforcing the rear end, any suggestions???

TMS has a reinforcement kit they sell.
it works on their race cars, so it should work for you.
