Dont believe everything you read. Check the tires market and other forums, you'll be surprised about the not so good tires and the called good ones. based on tests.

Are they cheaper than Yokohamas?

I never really looked into their pricing, they always struck me as higher end..

Compared to pricing out same size Michelin Pilots or Pirelli tires.. they're cheap
