Thanks bro!

Even though the car is in rough shape, it still handles better than 98% of the cars I've ever driven. :

About 153k on her, tranny and engine still pull strong.

Edit: Wheels were not included, they came with Kosei K1's, found a fanatic in CT who let the MVR's go for $450!

95's have weak valve retainers
95's have weak suspension points (96-99 had reinforcements)
95's have a less desirable foam and leather sitching design on the seats
95's are generally traded very low and cared for very poorly
OBDI is currently more favorable for easy power, but the S52B32US is a better engine.

His does.

Not all have the weaker suspension points either. It was something that BMW changed in the last months of the 95 model year

For the valve retainers, would it be an easy fix to strengthen the retainers up?

being that your car is an auto and doesn't see very high revving you're somewhat exempt. But once you make that manual swap it will be a worry and could still fail at any time.

You have to replace the retainers, you can't strengthen them.

Yeah pretty much all the E36 steering wheels kinda suck. I wanna switch mine out to an E46 M3 wheel or even a sport wheel.

I believe you have to replace the harness assembly all together, you can't connect the E36's airbag harness to an E46 Sport/M wheel.

You may be right on a few facts snce I was basing it off of ollld memory; but I can guarantee you that the wing is different than that found on a CSL. Just ask Kim. She has an s50b32 powered M3 with the Gt wing. Ask me how I know? You may be right, but don't act like how you're acting
