There are a variety of possibilities with these tips. Whether you go with the weld on (recommended) or the bolt on, its would probably be wise to remove the remus tips (by having the muffler shop cut them off) and attach these tips are REPLACEMENTS of the Remus tips. Of course we can imagine why you would want to salvage the Remus tips if at all possible for possible future resale and just the overall quality/look of the Remus tips, but dimension-wise you are going to have a problem fitting these tips OVER your current Remus tips.

PM me on that silver CF interior trim if you're still interested. Shot you some pics via email. Thanks.

Alright we're scrapping the list. Anybody can pre-order. No minimum of 10 pairs required. I will place the order on Friday July 10th for those that have pre-ordered and paid, and I will order a few extra pairs of various sizes for those that missed the pre order special and will end up paying more. Tips should arrive to me by July 17th and shipped out thereafter to respective customers. Thank you

Paul you think you can order and hold TWO 89mm titanium straight cut tips and I can pay you on the 15th when I get paid next? Can't wait, I already have a custom cat back exhaust drawn out using a magnaflow race muffler

Do you have a fitment list? For those of use who already have custom exhausts, I would like to know how much work would go into switching out my tips or if it's even possible with my current exhaust. I have a Borla cat-back which currently has 76mm tips and they are pretty close together. I think even with your SMALLEST tips (80mm) I would have a fitment problem that would require a possible complete redo of my exhaust from the muffler back. Am I correct or have any of these been tried on that particular exhaust?

Will these fit on a stock 535i exhaust? I am interested in the CF straight cut in probably 89mm tips. Can you PM me some more info?

These have not been tried on your particular exhaust. If your current tips are 76mm and are very close together, chances are you would have to rework the exhaust and these might not be a viable option. We do not have a specific application list as each aftermarket muffler may have different sized diameter piping where the tips would be welded onto. Users need to refer to the sizing chart/picture and measure the distance between the middle of one outlet pipe on the muffler, to the middle of the other outlet pipe to determine if the requested tip size will fit. Keep in mind for the 80mm tip you need at least 3 inches for the requested measurement (the black lines in the picture above), and thats with the tips touching each other.

With my OEM 325i exhaust off the car, it looks like the 80mm tips may barely work but we do not have any fitment pictures yet. Working on pics on an oem exhasut to determine if it's doable. Thanks.
