Led license plate bulb are always on.

I REPLACED MY LICENSE PLATE BULBS WITH LED BULBS THAT I GOT FROM KHOALTY. I LOVE THE LOOK BUT I NOTICED THAT AFTER I SHUTOFF THE CAR SOMETIMES ONE OF THE LEDS EITHER THE LEFT BULB OR SOMETIMES THE RIGHT BULB STAYS ON(EACH BULB HAS TWO LEDS). IM JUST WORRIED THAT ONE DAY THIS GONNA RUNDOWN MY BATTERY.
IS THAT NORMAL?

It's normal and it wont kill ur battery...

LEDs will retain a charge even after power has been cut off, this is the LED burning off the left over charge and has no effect on your battery.
