WTB: 17"+ winter wheel/tire setup

Hey folks,
I'm looking for a cheap set of winter wheels & tires. They must be 17" or larger and I would prefer from somewhere I can pick up. I live in Bloomington, IN, which is about 50 miles south of Indianapolis. Let me know!
