Active Autowerke | E46 Force Induction Line Up

Hello Board,

We have developed an entirely new F/I line up for all E46 enthusiasts.

E46 323/325:

E46 323/325 systems are now equipped with GT7040 superchargers. These new chargers provide a subtle increase in horsepower and torque through out the entire power band as well as a nice jolt in peak horsepower. In addition to our latest software advances in the MS42, MS43 and MS45 DME's we are able to provide a true bolt on system regardless of your production date... Especially all MS45 enthusiasts.

E46 328/330:

Our C38-71 trim based kits have now received an M3 like upgrade in the C38-81. These reliable blowers have pushed our E36 and E46 M3's for a few years. All C38 kits will now receive the larger 81 trim which flows more air than the previous 71 trim chargers. More flow means more power at the same boost level. The charger alone is a great upgrade in itself which now also comes with our second generation software for all MS43 and MS45 vehicles.

Only level 1 is recommended for automatic owners.

Dyno: Will provide Dyno from dennymedeiros.

E46 M3:

Our E46 M3 kits are now using the very efficient GTS8550 chargers. The GTS8550 although small in physical appearance perform at a very large level.
Due to technological advances these chargers are able to compete and dominate larger chargers. The GTS8550 produces very little heat when compressing air allowing us to push just a bit more without sacrificing any reliability in the process. With a 100K+ RPM limit who knows where these limits really are...?

Do you have a previous generation system? Contact me for conversion details and specifics.

I like how the intake is connected directly to the Charger rather then running hoses to get it somewhere else.

My TIMING is perfect indeed my friend.

I'm enjoying/finding every little reason to go out and drive my car( not that it was boring before)but this kit bring it to a WHOLE new level.

Jean you guy's should post pics and details on LEVEL II for these kits.... my F/I LEVEL II funds are already in progress for next summer.

Looks like a good piece of kit. What do you get in stage II? Is it component upgrades or additional hardware? and what sort of gains would it typically provide in terms of power?

I could be mistaken...but I thinks is Intercooler with new pipes, smaller pulley (10PSI) instead of 8PSI and new DME tune and Option for Water/Meth injection

Surely the M3 kit will draw in a large amount of warm/hot air with the filter in that location.
Why doesn't the filter sit down in the bumper like other kits?

It's coming.

I just need to schedule a good time for the dyno with KVR performance.

They have a heartbreak mustang dyno so the numbers will be lower but I dont care about numbers the car pulls like an animal....Pure adrenaline to drive.

If I new how amazing this kit was..I would not have waited so long to order it.

The E46 330 kits are not using the GTS8550 chargers. They are now using the Rotrex C38-81 which is larger than the previous 71 trim.

Just wondering why the CAI on the M3 kit is right next to the engine? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of a cold air intake?
