Ripped out all my MKIV components

Since my HK amp completely died, I took a cost-effective approach and decided to just mount my iPad instead. Since that is all I use for music anyway, and all my favorite stations stream through one of two of my fav apps...

I'm selling the known working components of the MKIV/BlueTooth system to pay for the amp replacement. Turns out, it sounds "OK" but I will likely need to replace the stock speakers as well to turn the "OK" into decent. The BSW is WAY out of my price range lol...

Forgot to mention. I've discovered that the iPhone inductive charger from PowerMat is strong enough to charge the iPad. I'm planning on building an inductive charger for the car so there will be absolutely ZERO wires to the iPad. The audio is through BlueTooth gateway.

Eh, it's fine without the top down . Once that happens, so long as the sun isn't directly behind, it works well with the brightness all the way up.
