 Miles, what is the proper way of seating the front h&r springs? If I remember right there was a specific way to do it, like you would think that the end of the spring sits in the notch in the shock but it actually sits like an inch back or something. What is the right way to do it, just making sure.  EDIT: nvm, I went back and found that thread I replied in. I remember how now http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=350079

Matt, I have the H&R cup kit, not stock suspension. I just replaced the sport springs with race ones
