Good point.

I just hate doing things twice although this is a relatively easy DIY. Which is why I didn't go with ebay headers. What a PIA to install, take out and then put something else in.

I was just joking about the wasteland comment your right they did save me,but as for the softness yeah it's pretty bouncy at times and if your running aggressive offset wheels like me it tends to rub but I think I have the fix I just got a set of kw clubsport rear coils off another member 450lbs springs versus 300lbs hope that helps

Wow......

I just came across this setup and I'm pissed after spending $850 for the HR Sport Cup Kit which sits to high in the rear.

Looks like the HR kit is getting sold and Raceland is the new setup

hold on to your cupkit for the time being. install the racelands and see how you like them. I took off my cup kit to install the racelands. 6 days later cup kit was back on and racelands were on craigslist.

I havent read the whole thread, but I have a few questions. I need new suspension as my OEM shocks/springs have 108xxx on them. I do not have the money for a set of "nice" coils, but have been looking into racelands. I see so many people on here bashing them, but ive really never seen any proof of them completely failing. It does worry me a little bit that the OP had problems with them from the start.
My question is this: Should i get H&R sport springs and leave my shocks alone, or invest in raceland coils?

Why exactly do you need new suspension in the first place again? Just because your car has 108k miles on it doesn't necessarily mean the suspension is bad. You should never combine aftermarket performance springs with stock shocks, if you do you will replacing the shocks anyways within a couple thousand miles, if that.

dpends on the spring rate and how low would they go. You can match any strut/shock with H&R sport without any problem (1.4" and .75")

I can feel that the suspension is loose, over that past few years ive driven it pretty hard.

I don't understand why people feel the need to post "I'm so getting these!"

No one cares, get them and move on...
