Now, do I understand this right......$250 for the ENTIRE kit of coilovers.....for one car!?
Is this true?

I mean I just can't believe this is true......My shop quoted me around $700 for my sport replacement, I know I can get the H&R Cup Kit for around $700.....so if the Racelands are $250, that's nuts! Ok...+100 for adjustable links but that's still killer.
Leaves me money for 19s or 20s if I wanna go slammed.....
You can get them for around $60...search the other threads

If it's not too much trouble......I'd appreciate it....if not I'll read the entire Thread later on.

You have any pics and stats of your car?
I'd love to see the 19s and to know how low you went (inches...turns...however this is measured with coilovers...I'm not a mech)

EDIT: Got it. THANKS!
for all others: vvv ENDLINKS PART NUMBER vvv

Mmmh, now reading through all of this and the DDM or DMM (whatever) coilovers I'm not sure.....

If I have learned one thing in life....you always get what you pay for, this sounds too good to be true.

I don't mind spending ~$800, since I already was thinking either new stock shocks or H&R Cup kit.

Is there any decent coilovers around ~$800?

I won't be.
I'd never do chrome, not on a BMW, not on a Benz, not on a Porsche etc.

If I do 20's then in the style of "BreakMyWallet".

Do you know by chance, who will roll fenders in "our region"?

Looks awesome man! Great job!
I'm still shaking in my boots by just thinking about installing a $250 coilover kit in my car.
I read now alot about them...there are the haters, the ones that have them and I didn't find anybody where they really failed other then the threadstarter, but he says it was his mistake.....
I guess I have to think about it and spend a couple more weeks on shitty shocks.....

I also found these:
http://www.jdmhub.com/index.php?rout...150_7467_60272
Would give me some piece of mind considering the price.

honestly, if you are going by the whole price mentality... its the wrong way to look at it really.. i understand that they are a cheap set of coils.. but how come so many people have them and no issues??? there has been the OP's incident.. which was a install error.. and then there was a user that stated that they were too soft so he went back to HR sport kit within 1 week....

Do you track your car ??? if yes, these are not for you
Do you want a sexy stance??? if yes then these are for u
and if u have the mentality of you get what you pay for??? these are definitely not for you.,.

not trying to sound like an ass... but i read alot before i put them on my car... i was considering either the tein basic, or the ST1 sold by modbargains.... they were $1000/coils $300/install /$150 alignment so ur looking at $1500 spending on something that you will NEVER use it to its full potential (if you dont track the car)

In the begining i had the radio down and listening for creaks or any noise and they are as quiet as it can get... Id say get them.... ull like it !!!!! and wont regret it

You're not an ass, as a matter of fact I appreciate your post!

No, I'm not tracking my car and I even like a little bit of a softer ride, because the 19's gonna take some comfort out of my now stock 17s and roads are really shitty here in Missouri.

Price mentality.....well.......if something is a quarter of the price of what it usually costs, it sounds to good to be true to me.
I know the production cost of most things is ridiculous and you woudln't believe the price we pay, but they shops and dealers have to make payroll too......

Anyway, do you have your fenders rolled lafabritto?

You're dead on point with this one. If any of you work in manufacturing and distribution, you will know price doesn't always reflect quality. Majority of the stuff that claims its made in the USA, Europe, or Japan...it's not. It's sometimes just assembled and designed there, while all the components are actually made in China, Taiwan, or Mexico.
