Anyone running the Raceland Ultimo Coilovers on their e46 yet? What's the difference? Would I still need to order a set of end links for it? I read from the V-Dub forum that they didn't need a set of links as the Ultimos were designed to accept the stock ones regardless of height settings. Can anyone confirm if this is also the case for our cars please? Thanks in advanced!

Go look at your stock suspension and see how high the end link comes up the strut body and you'll realize that if the coil overs are designed to go low your going to need shorter end links. If endlinks aren't included and they are like kw's you can use e36 endlinks with them.

I was emailed by a representative with this:

*Included with each kit are shortened sway bar end links which are required for installation.

The Raceland E46 Ultimo Coilovers are ideal for the driver who is seeking high performance at an affordable price. Raceland height-adjustable suspension systems are hands down the best coilover kit for your dollar.

The BMW E46 Ultimo coilovers are height-adjustable with CNC-machined locking perches, which allow you to easily adjust your ride height from 1 to 4 inches below that of the OEM suspension. This allows for a more aggressive stance and a lower center of gravity. In addition, you will experience an increase in the handling and performance of your vehicle while maintaining comfortable ride quality. The BMW E46 Ultimo coilovers offer stiffer spring rates and shock valving to further enhance the performance and feedback from your suspension. Each coilover kit has been designed and road tested to achieve a perfect balance of street comfort and increased performance to enhance the stability and grip of your vehicle.

The Raceland E46 Ultimo shocks are perfectly matched to the included springs to achieve optimum damping abilities. The Ultimo shock body is powder coated for an extra level of surface corrosion resistance. The coil springs are epoxy powder coated to increase the life of the springs.

As with all Raceland products, our E46 Ultimo Coilovers come with a satisfaction guarantee and an unmatched 2-year warranty.

***Please Note: When lowering your car, it is very important to run correct wheel fitment to prevent any rubbing of the wheels/tires on other components. Depending on your wheel offset, tire size etc, you may need to use wheel spacers and/or roll the fenders of the vehicle. Does not fit the Xi or M3 model
Any other questions I had was unanswered!

wow what a dumb response, that response he sent you was just the product description on their website lmao.
Honestly i have been reading so much about these racelands that the final consensus is so skewed that im turned off all together. I think im going to go with the FK silverlines like that other dude above us mentioned just to be safe man.

Good choice. Not sure why anyone wouldn't buy a superior product for close to the same money.

Any reviews on the Ultimo coils yet? ^
I'll do my research but I still want to know if anyone's personally experienced them on a/their Bimmer.
