weird noise coming from the left rear

recently ive been hearing a noise like when you run over a man hole cover(metal on metal clanking) now i thought it was just that until i was on a road where i know theres no covers. So today i had my window open and as i turned out of a parking lot an i heard it come from the left rear,, I also went back and there was nothing in the road that would make the noise. Ive hear this about a dozen time mostly while accelerating lightly or turning, anyone have an idea?

im getting the same type of noise from my right rear. I got it after i put on my winter wheel/tire setup so it has to have something to do with that but its driving me crazy. i have no clue what it could be.
