"PHONE" display on Business CD

guys, I searched and read on a bunch of topics related to the BMW Business CD. Im asking this only because I cannot find a thread that deals with my issue.

My radio is not working, cant switch to CD or AM/FM or AUX. - Nothing -

I only get PHONE on the display.

I turned off my bluetooth on my phone, pulled fuse #7 and #41 as some threads mentioned and reinserted them only to get the same "PHONE" display.

what happened?

what should my next step be in trouble shooting this?

Thanks in advance.

ok, after further researching and finding a british BMW site, i saw a dude that pulled fuse #5,7,39,41 and that worked by resetting (and in theory unlocking) the head unit.

so long story short, if you get the PHONE display, do not cut pin 4 out, do not trace broken wires or look for shorts,

First, keep it simple and start with fuse #5,7,39 and 41.
