Can anyone confirm this proposed diagram for wiring the LC2? The lc2 does not have the white/blue wires of the previous lc1, just a single black ground. Also I drew this with each sensor having it's own analog signal line as that was said to be most clear/accurate signal. Would I set both analog signals up the same way software wise? I would recommend resistors as they are far easier to replace. However, with the mount acting like a big heat sink in my setup, the resistors dont even get that hot so I don't anticipate having to replace them for quite some time.

Thanks. What do you think of the diagram I have drawn? I think it's similar to everyone else's, but I'm using LC2 which is a little different wiring.

So, my car is now throwing codes related to secondary O2 sensors now after many many miles.

I've checked the O2 fuse - it's fine
I've also done a free-air calibration.

My LC-1 is outputting .45V at all times, regardless of if I'm idle or decelerating.

The only thing I've done is change my valve cover gasket, so I wiggled and moved some of the O2 sensor wires.

Any ideas? Should I try the free-air calibration again?

It should vary with throttle. Seeing as how it's constant I would assume either lc1 is dead, or your o2 sensor for lc1 crapped the bed? Maybe settings got defaulted back? Reconnect and ensure the ratios are right...would be my first guess and the re try o2 calibration

It turned out to be the O2 sensor of the LC1. The LC1 LED was indicating error #8 (defective sensor). I replaced the sensor and successfully passed MA inspection today.

MA inspection is using OBD-II cable? plug and pass?

Yes. In MA, they plug into the OBD-II port and you need to pass the readiness monitors.

keep getting post cat o2 sensor rich codes...p2097 and p2099. only happens when im driving long trips it seems at steady mph/revs with cruise set.

current settings are as follows: .700volts at 19:1 and .050volts at 20:1 on both analog 1 and analog 2

any advice on what to do to remedy this?

I have verified that the controller is on and working

Thanks

I think my values were too high. I was getting .740 volts post cats consistently...which is too high. I adjusted my curves and I'm now getting .620-.655 steady. Hope this clears my codes. Here's what I adjusted too : Click image for larger version

This is the original recommendation:

0.650V at 18:1
0.100V at 22:1
1/3 delay

please post the results of this testing. I can't believe more people didn't jump all over this, but hopefully you got some PM's.

I'd hate to see a secret sauce fix like this remain private and unavailable. even knowing it DIDNT work is somewhat useful too.

Well, its not a secret at all and there was no reply to my offer at all. Thats why i think no one is interested. Iīm running EU2 software, so i canīt test it.

People seem to rather buy some expensive stuff to simulate instead of buying a flasher and being able to change all

are there any threads or resources where I can get caught up? I don't believe that there is no interest. I think it hasn't been spelled out in front of them like a tutorial. The wideband O2 method wasn't that popular until a member here posted up the walk through. If there's an easier alternative I'm sure people would jump all over it. I have no idea how much a flasher costs, what risks are associated with flashing, or any of the other legwork to get from a shopping list to a fully implemented solution. I'm betting I'm not the only one thats clueless too.
