F/S 2003.5 BMW M3 Carbon Black $23,000 or Trade for Convertible

Selling my 2003.5 BMW M3. I am looking to get $23,000 or I'm looking to trade for a convertible or 2005+ Corvette plus cash

Car is still under CPO warranty and has full maintenance program until 5/8/10. These are fully transferable. Recently had a new clutch as well as inspection 2 all done by the dealer. Recently had front brakes replaced and new belts as well.

No accidents, 6-Speed manual trans, Premium package, Winter package, maintenance records, 19" Wheels (no curb rash on any), Harmon K. Sound, Bi-Xenon Headlights, always garaged, Non-smoker, Black leather. If you are looking for a well maintained car you will not be disappointed looking at this one.

The paint is really nice and is clay barred and waxed regularly. Seats are not torn, the leather is soft and conditioned with Leatherique. New floor mats are 2 months old so the M3 logo is not soiled. Engine is stock and well maintained, it never had any power adding modifications.

The aftermarket modifications were tastefully done.

86,000 miles. Asking $23,000, there is 7+ months of warranty and full maintenance left on the car. Before it runs out you have the advantage of taking the car in for a full inspection and getting anything that looks like it needs serviced warrantied.

Here is the recent warranty replacements in the past year....

New shift knob - the original had an air bubble in the M logo
RTAB
New 6-Speed transmission = $11,000!!! It had trouble going into second gear so I put up a fuss and the replaced it
New Clutch when they replaced the transmission
New rear view mirror - (05-06) style, the auto dimmer was acting up
New differential fluid with LT-2
New passenger seat motor - It went out
New driver/passenger window motors
New Front calipers
New Front Rotors/Pads
New Oil valve....oil was leaking so they said it was a $600 fix
New Felt A-Pillars and door trim because the factory ones were getting loose

My service adviser said I was one of the most meticulous BMW owners which is obvious from what I had them replace

I go to Motorwerks BMW in Bloomington, MN and my service adviser loves me because it brings revenue to his shop.

I don't need to sell this car immediately but I'd like it off my hands by this early summer.
