One of the downsides to BMW's is trying to sell them. Not everyone has 16k of cash laying around and the financing rates on used cars suck now. Autotrader is your friend as it has a bigger audience and that's what you need. That's where I sold my M.

I have my car on Autotrader it's been on there for at least a few weeks if not a month and not one bite, all i get is these annoying tellemarketer calls about for $220 they'll put my car on a trillioneleventeen websites and it really pisses me off, i'd never recommend selling on Autotrader just because of that reason.

Otherwise yeah it sucks a fat one right now cause the market is soooooo oversaturated with cars that it's safe to say, impossible, to sell a car like mine.

haha BUMP

At what mileage did you buy the car and do you have all records from the begining or just from the start of your ownership? What does the car need mechanically? Has the cooling system been overhauled, subframe checked out even if it's an 04 (couldn't hurt), what about inspection 2?

Market IS oversaturated, makes it easy for people to get exactly what they want at the price they want to pay....sucks for buyers but good for me lol

The service 2 was done under warranty right around 60k miles, I have almost all records from the time I took ownership, while test driving the car the day i bought it, it turned 34k miles and now has just under 70K I've had it for a little over two years.

It's great for buyers trust me there's alot that I wish I could buy right now but not while I have the payment on this car. I'm so fed up with trying to sell that I'm willing to take it in the poop shoot just to make it move but no one's willing to make an offer, sorry a realistic offer.

market is real bad. not many ppl have more than 10k saved together to pay for a car..
i have this scion on my sig listed for 3 months.. i'm asking trade in price..

i got calls from dads/moms looking car for their son/daughter
i got calls from guys who has totaled their own car and walking around with an insurance check

however i believe that if you find the right buyer your car will go for 15k. i would let it go for 14k if you find sbo with cash..

btw, nice car. i wish my job situation would be certain and i could get that now..

stop bumping for freaking sake. anyone who even reads this thread will go with the notion that it is too high. if you want to sell it so bad, stop being greedy. everyone is looking for a deal. Get it over with and trade it in. It's not priced to sell at the moment. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it...and no one is biting. good luck w/ sale. stop being desperate
