I have an eBay auction up for the CTPPAR007 parrot adapter if anyone is interested, its a little cheaper than you can find it online and its still in the box.

Check that the controller is properly connected. The red and green lights should illuminate.

Reset the module? There is a procedure but I'm not familiar with it.

Got it to work, the data cable from A connection was left in there without being connected to the head unit. Volume , r/t button every things work and to add icing to the cake my cruthfield aux adapter came in the mail too and works great.

How much did you pay for the whole set?

These things are pretty expensive on ebay.

I've seen some people use their Bluetooth as a way to play music through their phones in their cars. Is it possible with this setup?

Not with the ck3000.

You would need to look at the MKi9000 series.

Easy answer is "no, it should be different."

The ck3000 disconnects the speakers from the HU & drives them directly with it's own audio amp. That's ok for phone call quality, but not for listening to music.

I haven't looked at the datasheets for the mki9000 series, but it should feed streaming audio into the HU at line levels and let the HU amplify it.
