I thought it was funny, it was just the timing and all the other stuff going on with the great raceland debate of 2009

The build quality is about the same i guess...
No way you can build a good suspension for $250 shipped. Even h&r,eibach springs are more than that.

Imho raceland products are just for people who like to showoff their cars on meetings, but really don't drive their cars even remotely towards the limit.

well, time to edit your sig Pat, ditch the H&R logo, put the AST logo in there. You could have bought 18 raceland kits instead of the AST kit dude

No, only 16
But i guess i'd rather have one big expense instead of swapping the suspension every month. Or crashing the car because some suspension parts just failed and broke off.

I still need to take some photographs of my car in its current state, so i can open a thread about a real suspension

well that's just the positive side of the story, the car might be already written off in a crash due to "ultimate" road handling, before encountering rust or suspension failure

Haha i gotta agree it was pretty funny. maybe we just have to give the product time ya know? and hope that no members cars ( or lives for that matter?) are spared. persoanlly who wouldnt want a great drop for $200 but at the same time, we have to give it a chance, just like the ebay headers

Never have I said I'm pissed someone's lower than me for SEVERAL times less than what I paid for mine. I'm just worried about the quality of the parts for $250, with spring's, shock's/dampers, top hat, etc, you get what I'm getting at.

So what's the difference with this thread beside the prop? someone obivously took time (probably a lot more time) to make a useless but funny video. No one trashing the OP here. Oh wait, this OP was making fun of your beloved $250 coilovers.

Someone made fun of my coilovers...where's my mommy? I need my daiper changed.

Here's what's for your dinner for all those who are so butt hurt.

Price update; in order to loose some of the "too cheap to be good" stygmia, RL has said the price is no longer too dolla, it's now tree fiddy!
