2002 BMW M5 -- Welcome all advices

Hello, hope everyone is doing great

Plan to buy 02 M5 with 103185, one owner trade in, body looks great. Of course I will ask for all the records. Is it a great DD? What are the common problems with this year model? Any advice please

just do it - nike. i got a buddy that owns one. 104k prestine. hasnt really dont much other than replace the power steering, radiator, and vanos seals. does the usual maint. stuff tho (engine oil, power steering fluid, coolant flush, etc.) other then that, i think its fine. nothing to really check for? im pretty sure im wrong on that statement. probably just rust and see if it drives smooth
