Would these rub on a 330i sedan with sport pkg?

My Ride: 2003 330i, 2008 335i
The wheels have a offset of 38mm the tire sizes are 225-40-18 (front) and 245-35-18 (rear).

Fronts will work fine but the rear might be a bit tough. You will have to throw them on and test fit them since the clearance will be very minimal.

Its going to be very tight on a sedan. You are going to rub if you don't roll your fenders, It's just a question of how much.
