I was expecting the Benz to look better but I think the Bimmer has it in the looks department inside and out.

I hate to wait . I'm pissed of to have to wait one or two years before the new M5. Bmw should release the 5 ant the M5 at the same time.
5 series for me.

I think both are beautiful in their own way. The bimmer being more driver orientated, while the E-class is built to be comfortable.

Both cars look great. However, if the handling of the new 5 is anything like the E60... it will be a superior ride to the MB. Furthermore, the palcement of the gear shifter on the MB is
 . Additionally, the manual mode with the paddles is not nearly responsive as the steptronic setup.Quote:
