Headlight Bezel/Trim

So Ive decided to have my headlight trim painted black to match the car. Does anyone know if there's a place that sells already painted headlight bezel/trim? I dont really trust myself with the painting, drying, etc. Would be nice just to swap. I know they sell carbon fiber, but cant find any painted or color schemed ones. Thanks guys and gals.

If you're looking for black, buy them from the dealer.

Do they make black for prefacelift 2000 323i sedan? That would be awesome.

I just looked on real oem and don't see a part number. The pre facelift bezels came in black or titanium tho.

just paint 'em black. That all all the oem silver ones are. Black ones painted silver. Take them out very easy and paint, reinstall. save yourself $75
Here is the DIY to remove. http://www.e46fanatics.com/howto/how...hp?howto_id=24

interesting that they only have the titanium colored ones listed. like i said, just paint them with a rattle can. here is the listings for the titanium colored bezels on real oem http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partxref....ur=&series=E46

if you go to the DIY section of this forum you'll find several threads showing how to remove and paint the bezels. i posted just one for the coupe on how to remove but there are many others.

hey dude if you want black headlight trim and don't feel like painting them shoot Umnitza an email. Thats where i got mine. I was in the same boat except i did paint my other ones (were painted silver and then decided to go back to black). They look ok painted but i can see the imperfections and such. They sent me a set of black, they look flawless.

Go on ebay and search. I litteraly just ordered some three days ago; it was both sides and the little tab that goes in there in black, o.e. 35 for that set + 14 shipping so 49 shipped for both sides for the o.e. stuff. The dude had other sets up minus the little tabs that go in there for 25 so 39 for those. HTH.

Buy a spray from Home Depot called Plasti-dip. Take out the trim and give it a few lights coats and they will be black. That's what I did.

Yah I got plasti dip but i did a test spray on another sample piece. Not sure I like it. Or I did it right. Its bumpy and not smooth.
