I've never had a Yamaha before.
My first bike was a CBR600.
How would your Yamaha compare to a CBR?

I love the look of this bike!

However the price is a bit steep even with all those sweet mods.
At the beginning of last summer I picked up an 07 R6 that had ONLY 700 miles on it for $6900 and the guys on the R6 forum told me that i paid a little too much for it.

I've ridden Honda CBR600's before.
They're quite different from Yamaha's.

For one, my R6 has a more aggressive stance and seating position than a comparable CBR600.
I like this difference, it allows me to push the bike more as far as performance goes.

I've pampered my R6 from day 1; always garaged her.
She currently sits right next to my bimmer.

I like how my bike retains the factory look, yet it is set apart from the stock look and other heavily modded bikes.

The price seems fair to me...I am open to negotiations (as is seen of "OBO").
I have gear that I can use as bargaining chips, if need be.

I can't tell from your pics, but do you still have rear turn signals?
If they are there, are they stock?

Also, it seems your bike has a more menacing stance than other R6'ers I've been checking out.
Are my eyes deceiving me?

Yes, I have rear turn signals still on there, they are aftermarket.
They're more sleak than the huge stock ones...giving the rear end a nice clean look.

No...I'm sure your eyes are fine.
I did lower the front suspension a tad, giving you that menacing look.
It also allows for a better turn-in rate, which I love.

Yeah it is my first bike. I had never even sat on a motorcycle when i went to load it up and haul it 150 miles home. It now has 2800 on it and I am so happy with the R6.

They were def the original miles. Also it had the stock tires and they still had the chalk lines on them. He told me that he was selling it because he was scared to lean it in a corner, which seemed true since the outer lines on the tires had NEVER touched asphalt.

Matching gear is always a plus. Good luck on the sale.
