BMW M1 Gets the Green Light - Page 3

I'm driving a 1 series as of two days ago. Got it as loaner from the stealership.

I'm LOVING this car. Its not as awesome as my e93, but none the less its a fantastic machine.

lol i have never seen that before, but it would be entertaining.

i think it would be a cool car. i dont see it as them watering down the line when it is a small car with a m badge on it. I think the X6 m serves a purpose, it competes with other fast suvs. Just like the M1 will be competing with other small cars. I dont see the problem in that.

I think it looks phenomenal

The e92/3 are too big for my liking and have less character imo.

I kinda wish it didn't take the classic M1's name...

But I like the 1 series.. I drove a 128i and didn't mind it one bit, actually a very fun little car.

A friend of mine is looking at a 135i, can't wait to drive it once he gets it.

When BMW releases a car with the M* name and it doesn't perform you let me know, then I'll complain with you.

Nothing... it wasn't meant for production. I don't even think it's a physical object as I thought it was just a rendering from BMW
