convertible seats disassembly diy needed

Does anyone know how to remove the head rest from the rest of the seat? I was wondering if anyone remembers seeing a good DIY for a complete vert seat disassembly. I know there are a few floating threads for a regular coupe seat, including this one: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=348165

Pull really REALLY hard. I took mine off when I did my cinnamon int swap. You're gonna feel like you are about to break something but just pull and be careful not to knock yourself out

EDIT: Sorry I thought you said rear headrests lol.. But for the front i think there's a long tab on the bottom of the headrest that tucks into a slot to keep the leather on. Im not too sure but check it out underneath there

I got this link from Fran (FMzip) here on the site. He knows everything about taking these verts apart.
