Those results aren't necessarily bad, but I can understand the disappointment considering the mods you've done (headers, intake, muffler delete, fan delete). My 2005 330i ZHP Steptronic pulled 195rwhp with just the mechanical fan delete, but that was on our Mustang Dyno. You have to consider that at the power level you're at, the mods you've made won't really make a difference (particularly the intake and muffler delete).

have to bump this since the gains seem really good for a step, any chance did you do another dyno with your maxbore throttle body.

I got a new Base Dyno and Brady got my new Dyno Chart. I just installed my new TB and etc. But from Brady Graph it looks like it just change the curve. Same HP is made. I will be getting another Dyno after I finish some minor stuff i need to get done.

I think you should get a set of evosport pulleys (still waiting to install mine) should give you a nice bump for a decent price, also I wonder if you got any increase with your fan delete anything around 3 rwhp would be decent.

isn't a zhp exhaust without the muffler just the pipes and resonators? how is that any different than a regular 330 exhaust with no muffler?

For $229 Plus Shipping for Some Pulleys that might give me Zero HP. Is not worth it to me. I am also an Audiophile so that wont be so effective If you let me borrow yours (I will return it). I will get it dyno'ed

Yes, but I had Quads. Extra Piping and have more back pressure then one with no muffler.

haha I would be down for that but these thing have been sitting in my house for over a year along with my 3.64 rear diff and I'm finally going to put them on and plan on doing a dyno, but even 5 rwhp from these things and I will be happy.

also was the fan delete worth it because your torque numbers seem very high, just wonder if this gave you a nice bump at all.

I will have to edit my Tq cause it came from 3rd gear pull. Reason for a new base dyno. Using Nick @ TT instruction on how to do it.

I think those are good numbers when all things are considered...maybe go with some more aggressive cams if you want more hp?

Not sure Upgrading the Cam (same one as Brady) will give me that more HP and will be worth while the swap either. But I am Considering it and Port and Polish Heads

I think it is a well establised fact that our engines don't respond well to bolt ons unless it is FI. I also understand why you would want to stay away from FI...what a PIA but its so fun!

Brady's car felt quite strong when I rode in it, I think I would be happy with that.

For the cost of cams, head work, and installation, you could have yourself a stage 1 supercharger from AA.
