LED TL for Sedan

Anybody has this on? I kind of like this LED version better as the LEDs are more align compare the coupe version made to fit the sedan. Only sad part is the turn indicator is not LED. My other concern is, will the OEM rear cover be able to fit?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-01...item3a6620da86

Anybody has a pic of these installed?

those aren't as nice as others. look at kholty.com they have tails that are full LED, and are about the same price because they have free shipping... ddm has them a little cheaper but you'll pay to ship

i just got led lights from DDM tuning and they look amazing

Watch the quality and be VERY careful. Just saying. Those can turn into crap after one car wash. Check the sponsors....and read the reviews. Not full LED just looks like it was slapped on, at least from a BMW owner. I can say, when I updated my 911 tails to full LED....I did ALOT of research. Just want you to be happy in the long run. Ebay has some good stuff, but some garbage as well. Granted, my 2004 E46 came with OEM LED tails.

Thanks for the advice.. I really like the e46 coupe LED version but they screw it up when they did it for the sedan (the outside curve). Maybe I will wait for them to make it right before I make the move.

Those look crap. Search for "e46 sedan led tails" on ebay. None of them are OEM but you should be looking to get something that is at least half decent. I bought a pair a while back and they are still working perfectly, and yes the turn signals should be led also.

Go with kholty, I got them for my 2000 e46 and had them on for about 4 months now and every single led is in perfect working condition.

Those have been a good solid choice over the years, but they also have been known to have issues. Nothing is perfect and they pretty much all come from China or somewhere over there. Sometimes you get a good set, sometimes you get a bad set. It is what it is.

From ddm or others on here you also get the turn signal in led's. they come with some extra wires and hardware so the leds work. not so sure if I want coupe tails on a sedan tho

the 2nd piece of the tails that fits in the trunk is actually not led.
