Soooo, if anyone wants to chime in some opinions, it'll be greatly appreciated. I'm torn between these two.

I like the first one more, it's cleaner. But I'd have to see pics of how your car is sitting now. Maybe with what you've already done the second one would look better

#1 is Hamann and #2 is Vorsteiner. Price is significantly different which has made it a little difficult to choose because I like both looks. I'll probably just do this last.

This came yesterday, not a Wald kit but that's what my bumper was shipped in. Too bad, because this is what the Wald kit was for.

This is a modified CDV from Burger Motorsport (Makers of the JB3). Basically it's a drilled/ported stock CDV. For those unfamiliar with CDV, it's a Clutch Delay Valve. I don't remember having this on my E46, but what it does is... basically, makes a terrible 6mt driver conserve his clutch a lot more. To the more experienced drivers, it makes shifting clunky and engages slow! Hard to explain but yea.

So BMW moved the CDV for the E9x's? The piece you are showing is the upstream side of the clutch line where as the CDV is a metal valve located on the downstream end of the line, right before the trans. At least that's the case for the E46's and other models that I've seen.

Not sure if they've moved it, I don't remember knowing of a CDV back when I had my E46. I can't remember those days

There's what is being replaced.
