(noob) wheel fitment question

So I'm looking at picking up this set of Hamann HM2s, supposedly in an M3 fitment (they will be going on an M3) from a guy on the forum--

the wheels are 19x8.5 et 13 front, 19x10 et 22 rear.

Obviously this doesn't match the 'stock' specs.

Is my math correct in saying that the fronts will be pushed out 28mm compared to stock (ie, pretty damn flush if not poking a bit) and the rears and the rears pushed out 11mm?

Will I have problems with these running a 245/35/19f 275/30/19r (Goodyear F1 Asymetrics)? Do I need any fender work?

Suspension is currently stock, but will probably be replaced with camber plates and a TCKline double adjustables in the near future, with a small drop.

Thanks in advance!

That setup will work fine considering a small drop and if you will have these camber plates and adjustables for the rear you should be able to dial out any possible rubbing.
