to all of you with ebay headers

put ebay headers on my 325i a few days ago, which has come with the price of a rasp past 4-4.5k rpm. any of you had similar issue and found resolutions?

I don't think it's neccessarily the Y-pipe but the magnaflow muffler. Here's my little write up on what I did:

Did you smoke test your headers and make sure that they aren't leaking?

Did you use all new gaskets?

The rasp can be extremely over-pronounced if you miss any of those install steps.
