This is a very slightly used Dinan Carbon Fiber tube type cold air intake system. It fits 330i, 330Ci, 33CiC, and 328 and 325 variations with the pre- update front end. It does not fit M3. It requires moving the xenon transformer if you have xenons. It may not fit your 2002 with bixenons.
It is complete and in new condition. The DINAN emblem is shiny silver. All clamps, brackets, sleeves, etc. and instructions are included. It is VERY nice!! The air filter itself and the water jacket are brand new. They brackets are shiny black, I will include the proper AMM adaptor (please tell me your application).
As you know this really sharpens up the appearance of your E46 by eliminating the huge and quiet stock Air Box and allows you to hear your car breath under acceleration. NLA from DINAN.

I think he was one of the original members of e10fantics, when the 2002 was the BMW to have. Wait a minute!!!, Al Gore hadn't invented the internet yet; or at least, it was not publicly available. LOL

Don't know of a part# for this. See my original post for the application(s). Thanks for your interest and for bringing this up to me!! I deleted my text so many times in editing the post that I forgot the most important part of it.
