Shark Injector question

Before i get flamed i already searched and didnt fin anything. I wanted to know if the shark injector has to stay plugged in or does the car download the software and you can remove it. The reason im askin is because my mom just got a 2002 330i premium package. Can i purchase one shark injector and share it between my car and hers, or do i have to buy two?

No, the shark injector is mated to the car's ECU once you use it, even if you reupload stock software back.

Give Mr. Conforti a bit more credit than that

Cal... Cal... Cal...

Whatever am I going to do with you?

He is right though. The Shark Injector becomes mated to the first car it flashes. The software then belongs to that car for life.

More power to your mom though if she wants some software! That is pretty hardcore!
