Here is mine. Muffler delete with a cherry bomb glasspack in its place. Sorry for the annoying female in the background. :/

I'm pretty sure there was an older thread where people were posting up sounds clips of their aftermarket exhausts? This thread is for muffler deletes, i'm talking about aftermarket mufflers and such. I think there was one at least?

I have headers, front res, single pipe to stock muffler, and an electronic cutout with a pipe to the back with a glasspack on that. Quiet or loud with the push of a button. Sounds mean too. Produces power too. I should start selling it as a full exhaust system.

For tips, just look for dual outlet exhaust tips from Magnaflow and others.. something like this is totally fine and super cheap

The car has the OEM headers, the OEM intake, both OEM resonators, and no muffler... just piping out the back to tips. Also has a vorsteiner dual sided hood if that makes any difference (maybe it's lighter so has less sound dampening )

Anyways, here you go. I figured doing it at night would be best as you could see the speedometer and RPMs best.:

Windows Up short Vid

Windows Up Longer Vid

Windows DOWN driving through a neighborhood at slow speeds

Windows down extensive driving

Muffler delete drive bys

Let me know if i can do anything else to help

Please feel free to contribute to the thread if you have other vids that you think would be helpful to others
Ok so i just did this to my 330xi today and it doesn't sound nearly as loud as this. Don't get me wrong it sounds nice, but yours sounds way nicer during the drive-bys, maybe its because I've just been listening to the noise form the cabin and not from the exterior of the vehicle.

Well yea hahaha. It's going to be a lot louder from the outside of the car

This. And that's why there is limited "droning". Our cars come with a good amount of cabin dampening materials to keep them luxuriously quiet. You could always rip that out (primarily from the trunk if you want exhaust volume) but that seems silly. If it's still not loud enough, you could also remove a resonator.. not sure you want that much noise though.

haha i figured out what my problem was guys. I re used my oem tips with the butterfly valve still attached and i plugged the tube back on. I reached under there and took it off and now it sound just like OP's original videos. Love it. Now I can decide which setup i want depending on my mood lol

I think some are 2.25 and others are 2.5. My 04 325 was a 2.5.
