Geez Brad...you have quite a following here. Bromance is alive and well, I see. Golly, can I take that control course too? hehe

j/k

Vinyl goes on tomorrow. I checked out KC Culinary today and know where to park with the most exposure yet safe. Ha! Also checked out the grand prize @ Baron. I've been a busy lad.

I make them. $150 + core charge (I keep deleted seat)

Your gonna need headers and pullies first. Every HP you add is roughly equal to 15 lbs of dropped weight. Are you still carting around your spare tire and trunk panels? carpets?

No spare, tool kit, jack, floor mat.

All of that is like... I would say, 60-70lbs...

damn, I also do not want my sun roof anymore. I was thinking about getting an oem roof, or get this one custom filled and then putting carbon fiber vinyl along with a clear coat or something to make it look legit

I dont care much about adding horsepower, more of freeing up the power and suspension stuff right now...

I need a ****ing manual though... I really want to do that 1st but its outcome is not as clear if you know what I mean...

With pullies (+7whp) and headers (+15whp ) you could gain 22whp, or 26 at the crank. 26hp x 15 = loosing 390 lbs...

True... yet... not that I need to worry about this at my level but... that doesnt affect braking o handling characteristics... I dont care about how fast my car is right now. Honestly maybe it is just for the looks/appeal for me idk... I am not wanting headers until i do a manual swap.. Dont know why, but I just dont. And I plan on supercharging it with an aa kit I think... No need for the pullies...

Im guessing non-bmw is allowed, right?

PS: You need pics of your interior up somewhere
Yes, all cars are allowed.

Pics are here.

Interior has since been updated a bit. The foam on the door has been removed for a cleaner look, and the alcantara pieces have been added. I'm working on a steering wheel right now.

Only one really and it is in diamond plate. I'm sure we could figure something out.

It's hard to remove the roof and still have it be usable. I would just do the CF insert panel like I plan on doing. It's like 350 bucks from ebay.

I wouldn't recomend those for a DD, the leg boulsters come up high like mine which makes it a pain to get in and out of. For a DD I would recomend something more like the evo.

I have these but the are FRP, makes a huge difference in brake longevity. Heat is your brakes worst enemy.

LOL, I just seem to post the most (or close to it). All I'm worried about is winning that Hallett DE again.

What battery would you recommend?

Also, manufacturing a rear seat delete seems like it would be a pretty good seller. Thats something I will talk to jacob about, we were going to have intakes made. being the only ones to sell a cool rear seat delete seems pretty profitable, I like the one that brad showed me with I believe alcantara and it said bmw motorsport on it.

Braile batteries. Might be spelled different.

A seat delete would be a pretty simple item for any body shop with molding capabilities. Cf requires baking in an oven and its stupid expencive. Maybe fiberglass?
