I thought my previous statement would be accepted as pure blasphemy.

I wasnt sure if serious

You getting the woodgrain one?

I have a friend with one and he seems to love it. He also loves going to the lake and camping in his Honda Odyssey for 10 days at a time.

Take the muffler off, put a bigger carb on it, and bore it out.

No, probably a 2011 model in Black, i'll be doing a few choice modifications to it just to get it to run at 50mph. Not to mention replacing the rear shock for a heavy duty one and putting disc brakes on it.

I'm putting far too many miles on my car...I want to warranty to last till 9/12 like it's supposed too. Besides, I only have a 5 min. drive to work. This way i'm not totally reliant on the Bimmer and can do upgrades/modifications at my own pace.

Besides, the damn thing gets 100+mpg.

Sounds good. Ive always wanted a gas powered goped. If I go to a big college I might consider one.

To take stab at that 1/4
1/4 will be fine because there is no one in front of you kicking up dirt, dust, etc. Road course or dd would just not be wise.

I think that's awesome. I wish I still had my moped from college.

Why not buy like an 01 cbr 600 or something that could help you pick up girls, not scare them away... Leave room for brad to comment about how he got all the girls on his 49cc moped in college... After he got his DUI, and pit state girls are pretty Much Arizona state girls

Looks like the race bikes that "cant be tittled for street use" go for really cheap

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2001-...item230f8d1b70

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...item2562807647

This bike just has cosmetic damage

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2008-...item25629d86f8

If I ever had one of these things I would surely kill myself.

It's a 2332, We bought it used, it's a gene berg, we pulled the alt and shroud and put a magneto on it. It's got 48 mm delorto downdrafts. Should dyno around 270, weighs nothing, like an areil atom that can't corner or brake well. Et estimated in the high 11s with the new nittos we bought. We don't have our trans back yet so it's still stationary.

Yes, the stock motor is a 1300cc with around 40hp. That's a 1.3 liter with 40hp, the new motor is just over 2.3 liters, and cranks out somewhere in the high 200s at the crank.

Yea but s2k is stock. Our motor, just as a long block from gene berg is like 5k. We paid 1500 for a used one, after head gasket, cb intake, carbs, magneto, hand made race headers, and stinger exhuast, it's like double that. But this is way cheaper than swapping to an f22c.

Pretty sure they can be clear lenses, but the bulbs have to flash orange. At least in MO.

Yep. My car doesnt have any orange on it from the factory so is totally legal to have clear lenses.
