If you can make one that is better than the dinan, I will buy it (as long as its not insanely expensive, lol)

There are a ton of theories about swaybars, and you'll get radically different interpretations from different people. Many drivers like a car that "moves a lot", with lots of pitch and roll, as this translates a lot to the driver. Other driver's like a flatter cornering attitude. Which is faster depends on a lot of factors, and some drivers wil be faster in set-ups that are undriveable to others.

The theory I go with is "use the springs to get the chassis set-up right, and not the crutch of swaybars". Ever bigger swaybars tend to make that end of the car "less independant". Big rear swaybars tend to make the car rotate well but increases the liklihood of lifiting the inside rear tire, which is nothing but bad for corner exit. You can "trick" a car to "feel neutral" but in fact lower cornering grip if you don't test every iteration. I've drive many cars' setups that felt great, turned in lightening quick due to a big rear bar (or stiffer setting), but back to back testing proved it was in fact slower than a similar set-up with a bit of a push. Those set-ups were lowering rear grip to make it "feel" better, but going slower. Its an easy trap to fall into.

So many folks use a swaybar as a primary suspension set-up component and not as the fine tuning element it is meant to be. Get the best adjustable bars you can find for both ends of the bar, hollow is good and bigger is better, but run them at full soft at both ends and just adjust them stiffer (independantly) to suit the track conditions for that day. Make sure there is no bind in the chassis mounts for the bar (important and often overlooked!). Use proper spring rates to get the car cornering flater and to improve neutrality/balance. Adjust shocks for things like transitional response, bumpiness, power applicaiton, as well as for day-to-day turn-in characteristic tweaks.

Racecars and street cars tend to have very different spring rate and swaybar needs. Show and tell:

Left: 2500 pounds, 18x10s, 285/305 R compounds... Right: 2950 pounds, 18x10s, 265 140 treadwear tires

The E36 on the left has the same shocks, almost the same spring rates, the same camber, and the same relative bar sizes as the E36 on the right (and the same driver and surface). The car on the left has way too little spring rate for the grip it is making - tires in the air do no work. So what works on one weight/grip level doesn't always translate to a similar set-up that's making a LOT more grip and/or has significantly less weight.

Just my $.02.
Some good points.

The new McLaren doesnt even have sway bars, but it just put up the second fastest time around the Top Gear Test Track
