Base model seats like that are all I'll need for awhile. Especially since it will be a DD for some time.

Well I've been messing around with my AiM Solo data logger this afternoon and all I can say is wow, freaking wow. This thing not only has a heads up display which tells me current, best, and predictive lap times but pulls throttle and brake pressures as well. It also will give me ever single temp and pressure from oil to coolant and even tire pressures (if I had TPMS). It's freaking crazy how much data it provides, I can't wait to get on track and put this thing to use.

Here's a taste:

Are you for sure going to make that April 12th track day Brad? Looks like I'll be doing some recording and a write-up on BC Racing coilovers. Daily driveability and track testing their entry level kit for the E46.

So are you getting those for sure? Are they giving you a deal?

My future EPIC stepped headers. This is the first production header, they hope to gain 10 whp over the SS V1. They sure are pretty.

Yeah, we are dealers of their products. I have yet to speak to them about a special price for me doing a detailed write-up.

Are you going to run their coilovers?

Tell them to give me a huge deal on a set of DA's with dual cans and we will vinyl the **** out of the car.

By the way, we need to redo the GFP decals on the front and back bumpers.

Sounds good, I'll talk to them about the coils. I would like to do their entry level kit on the 330i because anything past that are improvements, they are also the most sold. I am anxious to see my lap time improvements with the linear springs and camber plates that come with them. They do custom spring rates as well I believe, pillowball mounts as well!

I just looked, it doesn't look like they carry the DA's with dual cans for the e46 M3.

You need to worry less about lap times and more about consistency. Lap times/speed will come when you have the fundementals dialed in.

Yes.

How is recording during a DE? might want to video a session or two to study after.

I will for sure. I don't know about driving, I can only show up at maybe 3:30pm, but I'll be there.

Recording is fine, same as a touring club.
