I still have yet to get a proper grasp on the relationship/difference between hp and torque... I know what they feel like, but still

Yep, Detroit 60 Series. 500/470/430hp(depends on tune) and 1800tq. I think a max RPM around 2800 or something like that. Most of our trucks were 10spd, and hauling 80,000lbs they could manage 7-8mpg.

HP is a made up figure that multiplies torque over time. Every dyno graph will always converge at 5252 RPM(assuming it is calculated correctly).

You can raise horsepower by either raising the peak HP or by increasing the RPM range measured

In case anybody feels the need to "build your own" F10 M5... the site is up (I dont think its 100% correct thought) since you dont need 20" wheels to fit CCB.

So does anyone want to make a trip to Safe Racer on May 12. If we can get 15 customers/shoppers to go they will open on a Saturday and give us all a 10% discount. This would be a great time to get a new helmet.
