If you find a screaming deal on a 240 setup, just buy a generator with a 240 outlet and you're all set!

I'll stay loyal to them, all I care about is the lifetime warranty on hand tools. I don't work in a shop so as often as I use tools anything really would be good enough.

I live in a townhome playa, I can't be running a generator. I think the miller will be more than great for what I need. I'm just trying to get a head start on tools before I move home. I already have all the hand tools I need, I've almost got all the air tools I need, I have a good enough compressor (probably buy a bigger one when I move home), working on a welder, have the two post lift picked out, and I'm working on things like ban saw/drill press etc. I just want a one stop shop so myself and all of you guys have not only a place to work on cars but a place to chill. Thus I also need seating and a big screen I guess. Maybe a keg as well.

So I got two snow day out of this storm. I didn't put my snow tires on, but even if I did it's too deep for my car to get anywhere.
I was going to drive down to Rolla tomorrow

Pussies.
I got to work at 6am with no snow on the ground, left around 9:30 so I could work nightshift. Had to take a prius driving co-worker home in Raymore, got that done around 1pm...then got back to work at 6pm, forgot my ID, got back to work at 7pm...and now I finally have internet so I can waste time, lol. I had a blast driving around all day, truck never even got close to getting stuck! Plowed through a few snow banks, drove down the highway on the wrong side, weaved around stupid car drivers...the works! |
