don't even try. buy 3 piece wheels, or something at least 9" wide, then we'll talk. it's all about wheel size.

how do you not have problems when cornering hard ? i'm no tire tech but it seems a lot to ask of a tire bead.

you usually don't ever corner hard w/ that type of setup, but it can be done. i've used and abused my 235 on a 10" wheel w/ no issues.

It's not so much us shooting you down, as it is us saving you from trying too hard to make wheels that aren't wide or low offset, work toward that stance.

Like Alec said, you need REALLY wide wheels (9.5-11.5") and super low offsets (anything from 0-25)

That look destroys the cars handling. You are completely screwing with the way the tires are intended to work.

A better tactic to take would be to just go for a "flush" look instead of a "stretched" look. Basically, you'll want to start by rolling your fenders (both front and rear), and then you'll want to lower the car until there is no wheel gap (should be easy for you since you have coilovers). Finally you'll want to measure for wheel spacers. Once you know what size spacer you can fit, order them up (the best ones IMO are the Turner ones) and you should then be much happier with your new flush look. It would be a good idea to follow up the whole thing with a corner balance and alignment if you adjusted the height of the vehicle.
