exhaust set up for Agency Power

so im getting my Agency Power exhaust waiting for it in the mail and i am probably going to get the sections 1 and 2? well first off i will probably want to get rid of the rasp so either going to get AR25s and weld them on or a Section 1 Agency power hopefully this would get rid of most of the rasp? also then section 2? im not really sure what section 2 does? ive seen the SS pipe one with resonator and one with out. i was just wondering whats the difference? and if any of this would pass smog? also if you guys have any set ups you guys could share with me or give me any advice.
