Wrong ones, flanges are pointed the wrong way and exhaust sensor bungs are in the wrong place. Follow the link in this thread to the Ebay Headers thread and compare the pictures of the proper ones to those you find on ebay.

What's pointless? Read about them to find out the differences between 325/330 headers and 323/328 headers. They are often listed wrong by the seller, the only way to do it is to go by the pictures, and no one header fits all e46 models. But all of this information is in the thread I mentioned, the link to which can be found in this thread: http://forum.E46Fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=743706

I really like mine, they were a perfect fit the first time. When you
take out your old exhaust manifolds I'd lay them on the ground & compare them to your
new Ebay headers. Try to make sure they look like there going to fit before you waste time
on installing the wrong ones. Headers & full exhaust = HP gains.

Good luck,
