M3 Xenon Problem Please Help!!

So when i start my car and turn my headlights on they both come on. After a little while like 2 or 3 minutes the passenger side light will go out. If I do nothing it will stay out, but if I turn the headlight switch off for a second then back on, the passenger side will some back on for an unsaid amount of time again and then usually go back out after a little while. I cant figure out what it is? I am wonder if it is the balast or what? I am clueless. has anybody had this problem?

Swap bulbs, do not touch the glass when handling them.

If the problem follows the bulb, replace both bulbs as a set.

Of the problem stay with the same side of the car, check the wiring, especially the ground wires, if wires are fine, replace the ballast.

Given the age, if you think the bulbs are original, I might be inclined to change the bulbs anyway??
