E46 rear ended my dads ugly leaf

Dad sent me this today, I laughed so hard after I saw it was an E46 and knew he was okay.

Those are hurting words. My other car is an ugly-ass leaf.

Btw, the leaf and the e46 are identical in one respect. At around 100k, they need $5000 in maintenance. For the e46 it is a delightful panoply of parts - suspension, CCV, cooling, brakes, rotors, etc
For the leaf-battery

I don't see a 325i beating my dad's leaf from a 10 roll, that **** Flys in "power mode" but slows up around 70, and tops out at about 105.

Is the Leaf totaled or has it just fallen of the branch?
