However, I completely object to the idea of doing this to a bmw. In my mind, you might as well have bought a supra and put some kind of 3 series look-alike body on it, because that's what it is now. You have taken the bmw out of your (previously) bmw vehicle. I find the mechanical aspects astounding, but I mostly find it distasteful. Not bashing on your car, just on your taste. My .02

I happened across this thread because I didn't know, off the top of my head, what a 2jz-gte was.
On the flipside, the e46 chassis will still handle like a BMW which is better than the Supra. Also as far as the 2jz motor, it's development was contracted to a German company if that makes any difference.

"Final development of the 2JZ-GTE was outsourced to German engineering firm Johann A. Krause Maschinenfabrik GmbH for refinement to meet production car homogolation requirements set forth by the former All-Japan Grand Touring Car Championship."

Looks great!

Only thing I would suggest is drop the front and tint the windows... also, 4 foglights looks strange

id really love to get some info on wiring, I get that you are still using the toyota brain for engine function and bmw dme for the rest, but thats all i saw unless I overlooked something. I have a 323 that is destined for the graveyard that I am thinking about turning 2jz and need some wiring insight, I have looked all over and found few people willing to share.
tHANKS!
