Autox camera holder
Do you think they will let me use a suction cup in-car camera holder?

The gopro suction mount passes tech for NASA track events...so I don't see why this one wouldn't.

looks ok. for 5 bucks i would try it in the city. if it works than use it on track.

I just bought it, nothing much you can lose for $5.
Like you said I will have it on in the city first. I'm sure as hell I don't want that thing in my face at autox.

At an autocross, you might get away with a suction cup. Rig up a secondary safety strap just in case. At a track event, they will staple that mount to your head before they let it on track.
