Thumbs down new suspension > alignment > new tires > bad alignment?

I put a new suspension on my car a 3 weeks ago - Meyle HD Arms and Bushings/Bilstein Sports/H&R Race. All was installed professionally, and afterwards had a professional alignment. The car was on snows (ContiWinterContact 225/45 17 all around) at the time and rode PERFECTLY for 3 weeks.

Flash forward to Wednesday, 2 days ago. Put on my summer tires - Goodyear Eagle F1 225/45 17 Fronts and General Exclaim UHP 245/40 17 rears.

The front left Goodyear and 2 rear Generals are all 90% tread, the front right Goodyear is new - see this thread for an explanation on why it's new:

Anyways, now the car is absolutely all over the place. Tram lining like crazy, pulling to the right and the left, wheel is vibrating at times, it's mind-boggling.

Would changing tires cause the need for another alignment? Should I not be running two different fronts and rears? I was told I'd be fine with these two types of tires as long as the axles matched.

Any would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have the summers and winters on different rims? If so maybe you need to balance your tires, and if you had them changed off the same rim it could still be a balance issue, possible they didn't balance correctly.

Change back to the winter tires and see what happens. You pay a small mounting cost.

i think the tires u r running have to do with that problem...
usually if u run different tires...

it must be 2 identical front and 2 identical at the back..
cant be just 1 different

i would have them checked for balance like said above. if it happend right after you switched to summers, dont you think something is horribly wrong with those tires?? its just gonna fvck your alignment up the longer you wait. go get them checked out at a tire place and they'll tell you whats wrong. there was another dude with similar problems a little while back. his problem was a bent rim.. but i doubt it with your 17''

How long after installing the suspension did you have the car aligned? When I installed my new suspension (same as your set up) I had the car aligned a few days after. From there I had to have the car re-aligned again after about a month. This is due to the suspension settling which messes up the alignment.
