Help-Sound coming from front of car while driving?

While driving (with the radio off) in the neighboorhood at 20-25mph and on the streets going 40-45mph with my driver side windows down, I hear this circulating sound "thip-thip-thip". It has a medium pitch to it; not thud-thud-thud. It seems to be coming from the front wheel near the driver side. It's more pronounce when I drive over rough coarse roads rather than smooth new asphalt. At times, I can even hear the front tire thumping over the road instead of the normal silence; although this may be normal.

I just replaced 2 months ago new Bilstein sportshocks, H&R springs, mounts and all 4 tires properly inflated. It wasn't making this noise but just starting to now and this is a new noise I've never heard of. I don't think it is engine related.

What could it be; bearings, bushing, something else dealing with the drivetrain that I haven't replaced yet?

Sounds like you got the classic case of something stuck on or inside your tire well and is brushing against your wheel.
